Pick-ups are by appointment only. This allows us to have your winnings ready when you arrive, creating a smooth process for everyone.

The pick-up times listed above are the standard pick-up times. These times could change based on holidays and other factors. Please check the specific auction details on HiBid to verify the correct pick-up times and days.

We need to make sure we give your treasures to the right person. Please bring a form of identification when you come. This could include any of the following:

• Your drivers license

• Your name and Bidder Number

• Your settlement (either on paper or on your phone)

• Your name, address, and phone number on your HiBid account

Bring an appropriate sized vehicle. If needed, bring padding, moving blankets, rope, or tie-downs.

As a courtesy, we may offer loading assistance if needed and if we have workers available, but we are not responsible for accidents that happen while loading. If you do not want to take the risk, please bring your own help to load your winnings.
